This old building was partially renovated by preserving the original architecture and giving it a new, modern style. The project was built in the very centre of Linköping, therefore logistics planning was given special attention. The project was implemented without the shopping centre in the building having to close.
Overall area of the building – 3 000 m2.
The project will be classified as a green building.
