The new office is being built in the Porsön area, next to Lulea Technical University and Lulea Science Park.
Porsön is just over four kilometers northwest of the center.
The office will have a contemporary interior with an open-plan design, three floors and a total area of 6,200 square meters.
The office is expected to be completed in the autumn in 2016.
